Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. By using our website and purchasing products or gun tickets, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to purchase firearms and ammunition in your jurisdiction.
Gun Tickets Program
How It Works
Gun Tickets are entries into a drawing for the opportunity to purchase a featured firearm at a significantly reduced price ($1). Purchasing a Gun Ticket does not guarantee you will win.
Rules and Conditions
- You must be 18 years or older to purchase Gun Tickets
- All Gun Ticket sales are final — no refunds
- Drawings are held after all tickets for a featured item are sold
- Winners will be notified via the email address on their account
- Winners must respond within the timeframe specified in the winner notification
- Winners must pass all required federal and state background checks to receive a firearm
- Winners are responsible for completing the firearm transfer through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL)
- If a winner fails the background check or cannot legally possess a firearm, they forfeit the prize
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify drawings at our discretion
Drawing Process
Winners are selected through a live random drawing. The drawing process and results are final. By participating, you agree to accept the results of the drawing as binding.
Firearm Purchases and Transfers
All firearm sales and transfers are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. By purchasing or winning a firearm:
- You confirm you are legally permitted to purchase and possess firearms
- You agree to complete all required background checks (NICS or state equivalent)
- You agree to complete the transfer through a licensed FFL dealer
- You acknowledge that failure to pass a background check will result in forfeiture of the firearm
- You are responsible for any FFL transfer fees unless otherwise stated
No Refunds Policy
All Gun Ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Once a Gun Ticket is purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Inability to attend the live drawing
- Failure to win
- Disqualification due to ineligibility
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and current information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresent your age, identity, or eligibility
- Attempt to manipulate drawings or purchase processes
- Interfere with the operation of our website
- Purchase on behalf of someone who is ineligible
- Use automated systems to purchase tickets
