Official Rules for Gun Ticket Live Drawing Events
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Locked & Loaded LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. How to Enter
Purchase Entry: Purchase a Gun Ticket membership seat for the applicable live drawing event through our website.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without purchase, hand-print your name, complete address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3″x5″ card and mail to: Locked & Loaded LLC, ATTN: AMOE Entry, [Address]. Limit one AMOE entry per person per event. AMOE entries must be postmarked by the event entry deadline and received within 7 days thereafter.
3. Drawing
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted live and broadcast to all ticket holders. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
4. Prize
The winner will receive the opportunity to purchase the featured firearm for $1.00 (one dollar). All firearm transfers must be completed through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Winner must pass all required federal, state, and local background checks. If winner fails background check or is otherwise ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.
5. Winner Notification
Winner will be notified during the live event and via email within 24 hours. Winner must respond within 72 hours to claim prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of alternate winner.
6. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Locked & Loaded LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel any event at any time. In case of cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund of their purchase price.
7. Limitations of Liability
Locked & Loaded LLC is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
8. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to our Privacy Policy.
